Our Services

Insulation Builders provides residential and commercial insulation services throughout New York City, including spray foam insulation, blown-in insulation, soundproof insulation (Rockwool), air sealing, insulation removal, and firestopping. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals.

Free Estimates

  • We provide free, no-obligation estimates for insulation projects.
  • Estimates are based on our on-site assessment and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Final project costs may vary if conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment (e.g., hidden damage, asbestos, or structural issues discovered during work).

Scheduling and Access

  • You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area on scheduled service dates.
  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (347) 200-5089.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling but cannot guarantee specific time slots.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in your project agreement or invoice.
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
  • For projects involving utility rebates (National Grid, Con Edison, NYSERDA), we will assist with the rebate application process, but rebate approval and payment timelines are determined by the utility company.

Warranties

  • We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms are provided in your project agreement.
  • Manufacturer warranties on insulation materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by subsequent construction, water intrusion, pest damage, or other factors outside our control.

Website Use

  • The content on our website is for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, insulation recommendations depend on your specific property and should be confirmed during an on-site assessment.
  • R-values, energy savings estimates, and rebate amounts referenced on our website are approximate and may vary based on your specific situation.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
